Customer Support Specialist

We deliver $2.5B per year in income to people across the globe and have more than 5M monthly users. About the role As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to give Whop users the best support on the internet. You will field user questions via Intercom, troubleshoot and resolve any issues, escalate product feedback, and do absolutely whatever it takes to make sure Whop users’ support expectations are wildly exceeded.  This role reports to the Head of Trust.   Salary: $48,000 Remote : This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. Available shifts are: 12:00 am EST to 8 am
