Arizona Air Repair is looking for a true operator — not just a manager. We are a fast-growing HVAC company based in Phoenix specializing in insurance-driven AC replacements. We’re currently doing $500K–$750K/year and looking for the right General Manager to help scale this business into a multi-million-dollar operation over the next 3–5 years.
