Organizational Resource Advisor, MD2

The United States Space Force (USSF) at Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO is searching for an Organizational Resource Advisor to support MD2 (NH-0560-02, GS 05/11 equivalent). Description: This position serves as a key advisor to the Mission Delta 2 commander on all budgetary, financial, and overarching resource management matters. You will execute the commander's vision on resource allocation to support mission-critical operations, maintenance, and sustainment. A primary function of this role is to assist in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resources, serving as the organizational point of contact and liaison for both civilian and military personnel matters. You will be responsible for staying abreast of current personnel issues and providing guidance on regulations and procedures to supervisors and managers.
