Senior Business Associate

Here at Zola, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our business management team. This individual will help analyze and execute strategic initiatives across Zola. We're looking for a collaborative, scrappy, analytical problem-solver who can help dig into the data to drive actionable business decisions. You'll report directly to the Director of the Core Experience, and you'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and many other teams at Zola. Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in analytical or quantitative work, whether that's in consulting, finance, strategy, or a high-growth company. You are a structured and creative thinker, equally comfortable building a financial model and synthesizing a market opportunity.
