OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST

You will be leading, with minimal supervision, the development and delivery of complex life cycle cost estimates and analyses for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE). You will be ensuring, with a high degree of autonomy, the quality and compliance of all cost department products by leading cost modeling initiatives and supporting high-level decision-making. You will be leading the defense of cost estimates, independently resolving obstacles, and building consensus among stakeholders with differing viewpoints, ensuring all products undergo the required review process for final certification. You will providing senior-level mentoring and technical guidance to less experienced analysts, autonomously facilitating knowledge transfer, and sharing best practices and lessons learned with the team.
