Supervise Operations. Drive Service Excellence. Grow Your Career. Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to help oversee our nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services. In this role, you’ll manage a team of 15 to 40 part-time Service Valets across 20 to 40 multifamily communities—ensuring our service runs smoothly, safely, and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who enjoys solving problems, using data to drive decisions and keeping operations on track. Compensation & Work Environment Details: Pay Range: $21.50 - $23 per hour Company Vehicle: provided by the company Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday from 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM core hours, plus two flexible hours to complete your 8-hour shift.
