Chief Senior Executive Management Office and Chief Personnel Conduct Resolution

The Senior Executive Management Officer (SEMO) is dual-hatted as the Chief, Conduct Personnel Resolution (CPR) and has three roles within the Human Resource Management office under the COO: The SEMO, Chief, SEMO Office, and Chief, CPR. Primary responsibilities include: Lead, manage, and direct a professional level staff, evaluate performance, collaborate on goal setting, and provide feedback and guidance regarding personal and professional development opportunities. The Senior Executive Management Officer Role: Serve as a senior advisor to the ODNI Chief Operating Officer (COO). Serve on the COO Advisory Council and leverage extensive experience to provide advice and recommendations on delivering elite services that enhance the overall mission performance of the ODNI workforce and support the President's Management Agenda.
