Talent Development Program Specialist

As a Talent Development Program Specialist at the GS-0301-12/13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as Program Manager for three core workforce development initiatives within DSCA: the Supervisor Training Program, the Mentoring and Coaching Program, and the Detail Program (internal and external). Develop program materials, guidance documents, and communication to support consistent execution across virtual and in-person formats.
