About the role
You will serve as an Architect and be responsible for procuring, coordinating and managing the design and construction related services provided by Architectural/Engineering firms. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Manages project teams and schedules to ensure multiphase projects are completed on time and within budget. Provides technical advices, resolve issues and works with others to meet project requirements. Leads design teams manages engineering works and ensures projects are effective and efficient. Manages contract activities reviews proposals and overseas contractor performance.
