ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to partner closely with our Head of Revenue and leadership team to drive business and go-to-market hiring across Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and customer-facing roles. This role owns critical GTM searches end-to-end—from role calibration and market mapping to sourcing, closing, and process management. You’ll help identify the right profiles for an early-stage AI infrastructure company, build strong candidate pipelines, and create a high-quality recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to recruit GTM talent in a technical, fast-moving, founder-led environment.
