As an early member of our data science team, you'll help define the way the company uses data to make decisions and deliver a high quality experience to millions of users across billions of user<>AI interactions. What you’ll do - Design and operationalize metrics that measure the stability of product surfaces and the agent harness - Build a measurement and rollout framework to prevent, detect, and root cause performance regressions - Partner with engineers on data tooling that enables self-serve analysis - Iden
