About the role: The Corporate Paralegal is a key member of the Corporate Legal team responsible for project managing and supporting Oscar’s entity management and subsidiary governance workflows. You will work closely with internal Oscar teams and interfaces with our external regulators. You will report into the Associate General Counsel.
