File Transmit Analyst

Overview: The Sr File Transmission Analyst is an experienced individual contributor responsible for the reliable, secure operation of enterprise file transmission and Managed File Transfer (MFT) services. This role focuses on production support, incident resolution, partner onboarding, and continuous operational improvement within an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support the stability and day‑to‑day operation of enterprise file transmission and MFT platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex file transmission incidents and failures • Monitor, validate, and recover inbound and outbound file transfers to internal systems and external partners • Support onboarding of new file transmission partners, interfaces, and data flows • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective actions and service improvements • Implement approved production changes following established change management processes • Maintain and enhance runbooks, operational document
