SUPERVISORY SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE COORDINATOR

Oversee case documentation, reporting systems, and compliance with legal, privacy, and organizational standards to ensure effective delivery of victim advocacy services Develop and implement strategic plans, processes, and resource coordination to support program effectiveness, improve service delivery, and maintain readiness for 24/7 victim advocacy response. Establish and maintain liaison with law enforcement, legal professionals, healthcare providers, commanders, and community organizations to coordinate victim services. Monitor quality of SHARP reports and referral data to ensure compliance with applicable law, service policy, and guidelines. Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinate SARCs and Victim Advocates, ensuring priorities align with mission requirements Develop performance plans, provide feedback, and implement training to support staff development and program success.
