About the role
This position is an unpaid internship working with the Small Claims Branch of the Multi-Door Division. The branch is responislbe for providing mediation and resloutions services to the community. The intern's major duties are below: Small Claims Mediation Program Intern Assist the Program manager with supportive tasks associated with the mediation case mangement process. Observe various roles for operating and administering a court based mediation program. Observe and learn about the mediation process. Assist with the mediation information sheet and its distribution by email to associated mediators.
