Management and Program Analyst (DETAIL/TEMP PROMOTION NTE 1 YEAR)

Leads process improvement efforts, supports data-based decision making such as the hiring approval processes, customer service requirements, staffing structure and levels and makes recommendations to Agency and Mission Area Leadership Leads various critical activities for the agency related to the OCOO Core Functions such as budget, training, and workload strategizing for the OCOO, strategic planning and planning support for the divisions and the under secretary. Conducts analytical studies to evaluate program effectiveness, performance metrics, reporting processes for the mission area. Lead planning sessions and discussions of innovative ways to carry out assigned programs and new programs. Develop and/or rehab process improvement culture in FPAC.
