Growth Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Gamma has grown to over 100 million users, and a significant part of that story is organic. Now we're building the engine that accelerates what's already working. As our Senior Growth Manager, you'll own top-of-funnel growth: finding the channels, experiments, and levers that bring the right users to Gamma and turn them into active creators. This is a hands-on role. You'll run experiments across SEO, content, social, and emerging channels, use data to figure out what's actually moving the needle, and build the infrastructure to do more of it. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and design to identify high-impact growth opportunities and turn them into shipped initiatives.
