The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail and the drive to innovate and automate. The Operations team at Flow Traders provides support during the life cycle of a trade, creates reconciliations, and develops reporting. It is also the responsibility of the team to identify, assess, respond, and monitor various risks to the firm. The Firm has an expanding set of products covering all major asset classes. The team continuously seeks opportunities to automate its workflows and processes, develop new ways to monitor and track data, and communicate key performance indicators of the department.</
