Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

The incumbent serves as a Title 7 County Employment system expert to national, state and county offices regarding FSA DAFO human resources-related matters, policies, regulations, and practices for FSA Title 7 County Office Employees. Manages a training budget ranging in between $500k up to $1 million per year, to make approvals for nonroutine, costly, or controversial training needs and requests that support the Title 7 County Employment system Serves Personnel Policy and Operations Division as the focal point for information and advice concerning Title 7 employment reporting, governance and decision-making support, strategic planning, and (continued on next line) Management controls for Title 7 State and Field offices and DAFO processing and staffing teams. Provides program implementation, policy interpretation support and supervision of the processing and staffing teams for the administration of Farm Service Agency’s Title 7 county employees. Directs activities designed to ensure tha
