Regional Asset Protection Manager - Ohio Valley

This role is a multi‑site position supporting multiple locations across Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Preferred candidates will reside near Pittsburgh, PA, though candidates will be considered if they live within the assigned geographical area. Position Purpose: Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) is responsible for ensuring Asset Protection initiatives and programs are executed within the region. Key responsibilities include but not limited to; analyzing and managing regional shrink performance, detecting, investigating and resolving theft and fraud, delivering shrink goals and ensuring Asset Protection processes are executed by the field team. The RAPM works with the Regional and District teams to drive theft mitigation and shrink and ensure physical security processes provide safe and secure environment for store teams, associates and customers.
