SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor and Director of Information Protection, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Directorate of Information Protection. This includes managing and oversight for command Information Protection programs such as Personnel Security, Industrial Security, Information Security, Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM), Insider Threat, Operation Security (OPSEC), and Freedom of Information (FOIA) for Headquarters Pacific Air Forces. The command support three Numbered Air Forces (5AF/7AF/11AF), nine wings located geographical that span 360,000 miles. The command's area of responsibility (AOR) encompasses 41 countries in the Pacific Theater. DUTY #1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Pacific Air Forces Command, ensuring that HQ Staff , NAFS, and Wings comply with legal and regulatory requirements and me
