FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will Assist the Camp Smith Facilities Manager with the management and coordination of the maintenance and repair program for MCBH Leeward facilities. You will be responsible for management of maintenance service contracts and serving as the Camp Smith Facilities Department purchase card program coordinator. You will inspect, make recommendations, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and take action to repair and maintain facilities and grounds. You will serve as the MCHB DOD E-Mall Purchase Coordinator and the Camp Smith Facilities Commercial Purchase Card Program Coordinator. You will participate in the Government or similar programs purchasing material and services using credit cards, SAIC, DOD E-MAILL, or any other appropriate means. You will review maintenance service contracts ie., grounds keeping, refuse, elevator, etc., plans and specifications for new contracts, contract renewal or modification of existing contracts.
