About the role
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Test Development Flight. Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and objectives of Air Force Planners, Directors and Trainers. Develops long-range as well as short-range test development programs and schedules. 2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters. 3. Plans and directs the development of all promotion tests for the AF enlisted promotion programs. Decides what tests to develop and when, weighing the alternatives delimited by need, resource availability, level of interest, and other special considerations. 4. Represents the Airman Advancement Analytic Flight, AETC/A9 and SAS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
