SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will serve as Director of the Facilities Management Division (FMD). You will serve as the subject matter expert for Facility Support Contracts, Real Property Management, and Public Works products and services. You will provide authoritative advice and assistance to program managers, Regional Engineers, installation commanders, Public Works personnel, and other personnel. You will conduct briefings, respond to official inquiries, and act to obtain needed information, assistance, clearances, permits, etc. You will be responsible for continuous process improvements, personnel skills, equipment and facilities use and replacement, and the development and marketing of better maintenance and contracting services. You will provide oversight for the development of long-term facilities requirement plans, site planning, and project development.
