About the role
This position reports to the Ambulatory Care Operations Director (ACOD) / Group Practice Manager (GPM). The primary purpose of the position is to provide assistance & support to the ACOD/GPM & to all ambulatory care services in the facility & related CBOCs as it relates to access to care, as applicable. The incumbent is responsible for Primary Care, Mental Health, Surgery, Medicine, or Ancillary ambulatory clinics oversight & integration into an efficient Clinic Practice Management (CPM) model. The incumbent ensures a high-quality patient experience for Veterans, using their feedback, as well as that of their family, employees, expert clinical staff, & the ACOD/GPM. The incumbent provides data, reports, & assistance to the ACOD/GPM to develop strategic plans for the facility as it relates to access to care.
