SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 613 AOC/AMD Logistics Readiness Branch. Responsible for ensuring the Logistics Readiness Branch complies with legal and regulatory requirements in meeting Combatant Command, Component Major Command, COMAFFOR, and theater JFACC operational objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Selects or recommends selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignment in consideration of skills, qualifications, mission requirements, and EEO and diversity objectives. Represents the 613 AOC/AMD with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with USINDOPACOM, USTRANSCOM, PACAF, AMC,ACC, ANG, AFRC, sister-service major commands, and non-DoD support agencies.
