Seasonal Hire in Summer Research Training (Part Time)

Position Summary: The summer months represent among the most active periods for the Medical Student Research Office, as we support the coordination and execution of key initiatives, including the Summer Research Program (SRP), student onboarding, mentor engagement, compliance tracking, and data management. These efforts require timely, detail-oriented administrative support to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for students and faculty mentors. This time coincides with the end of one Academic and Fiscal Year and the beginning of the next, which requires updating records and reconciling data from other programs, such as the large Scholarly Concentrations Program. This will be a part-time and hybrid position that will work out of our Jesse Jones Library Building on the third floor. Hours are flexible, averaging five to ten and never more than twenty a week.
