Patient Navigator - L&D

Full Time, Days The Maternal Neonatal Nurse Navigator functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team. He/she will guide a mother through pregnancy assisting with all of the subspecialty appointments and tours. In addition, she will provide emotional support, educational materials, and be a first line contact for the families for all of their needs.
