Director of Product Management (Remote)

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Product Management team and drive product strategy and execution across our portfolio. You’ll manage a remote-first, distributed team of six Senior and Staff PMs across core product areas and shared platform capabilities, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data & Insights, Product Operations, and GTM. This role leads the team to shape product strategy and translate it into ambitious but credible roadmaps, with clear trade-offs that drive measurable outcomes and high-confidence execution. The VP of Product sets company-level product vision and strategic intent. This Director role owns product strategy development across the portfolio and ensures that intent is realised through disciplined planning, strong PM craft, and effective cross-functional delivery. The role sets clear decision frameworks while empowering PMs to own problem definition, solution shape, and day-to-day trade-offs. Portfolio decisions expli
