About the role
Plans, coordinates, evaluates, and recommends for approval all 302 Air lift Wing requests for new construction, renovation, maintenance, and improvements of real property facilities including HVAC, Electrical and Utility systems. Coordinates projects with engineers, architects, and staff in a variety of disciplines and/or working groups. Works with organizational managers, budget personnel, and engineering/architectural authorities to develop and gain approval for proposed facility programs/projects. Assures that plans are complete, comprehensive, and meet user and code requirements by implementing and evaluating programs to manage safety risks, fire safety risks, and facility response to emergencies as well as to manage risks to personnel and property.
