HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

Incumbent is responsible for articulating the problem or objective, formulating concepts, evaluating findings, identifying ramifications, and determining alternatives in context of the Personnel programs examined Develops, evaluates, and uses a variety of syntax, software, and computer programs to monitor officer and enlisted manning levels in the command, identify unfavorable trends, analyze causal factors to determine deficiencies and recommend corrective actions Represents the command at high-level, technical conferences Manages software used by branch to conduct force analysis
