Description The Staff Corporate Safety & Health Specialist will perform work for Burns & McDonnell Safety & Health program in conjunction with the Site Safety Management and Corporate Safety & Health Department. This individual is also responsible for providing professional Safety & Health expertise and oversight as a key resource for Safety & Health compliance matters. Complete the planning and execution of corporate and project Safety & Health initiatives in order to ensure a safe, healthy, and incident-free workplace. Maintain compliance processes applicable to the Local, State, and Federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. Provide advice, guidance, and updates to Site Safety and Corporate management regarding Safety & Health issues and best practices. Document and verify that project Safety & Health walk-through assessments are completed, monitor Safety & Health requirements, and provide coaching for continuous improvement at the project
