ATTORNEY ADVISOR

Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and principal advisor to Air Force and Space Force personnel, to include TJAG, Air and Space Chiefs of Staff and Secretariat in the areas of law, including, but not limited to Civilian and Military Personnel Law, Government Ethics, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, to include, but not limited to, Information Law (e.g., FOIA, Privacy Act). Represents the Civil Law and Litigation Directorate before a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with Secretary of the Air Force-level, Chief of Staff-level, Air Staff-level, Space Staff-level, senior program manager-level, Field-Operating-Agency-level, MAJCOM-level, and installation-level personnel. Develops, or oversees development, of legal training for the Air Force in the areas of Civilian and Military Personnel Law, Government Ethics, Constitutional Law topics and Administrative Law, to include but not limited
