Engineering Manager — Innovation

Lead the engineers building Gallup’s next generation of products and platforms. As an engineering manager at Gallup, you’ll lead the engineers responsible for our most forward-looking work, including the experiments, prototypes and net-new bets that will define the next decade of our business. You’ll guide a team contributing to major launches and platform buildouts across CliftonStrengths®, employee engagement and other research-driven product initiatives, driving innovation from concept to production with clarity and discipline.
