Clinical Pharmacist (Inpatient)

The incumbent will also assist physicians, residents, interns, nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants in active pharmacotherapy management of individual patients. Also, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating pharmacy services with nursing, patients and their families.
