About the role
Incumbent tracks and analyzes data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; provides guidance to less-experienced professionals in day-to-day operations; identifies, analyzes, and recommends solutions for complex/difficult problems; and recommends improvements to systems and processes. Provides guidance to the FCO team in budget analysis, funds certification, and reconciliation of Facility and Equipment (F&E)), Operations, and Reimbursable Agreement funds consistent with Engineering Services, Service Center, and Headquarters action plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Resolves routine problems independently and consults management on complex problems. Identifies and analyzes studies associated with fiscal programs and provides management with recommendations.
