Packaging Designer – Home & Pet Products

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and fast-moving Packaging Designer to join our team and lead packaging development across our home product categories. This role is hands-on and execution-focused — you will be responsible for creating packaging from concept through production while working directly with overseas factories to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality. Key Responsibilities Design and develop packaging for: o Boxes (retail + PDQ/display) o Hang tags o Belly bands o Inserts and header cards o Create dielines from scratch (no templates) o Understand product dimensions, folding structures, and material constraints o Ensure packaging is production-ready before factory sampling o Work directly with overseas factories (primarily China) o Communicate daily to resolve dieline and packaging issues o Review factory files, mockups, and pre-production samples o Ensure accuracy before samples are shipped to the U.S. o Prepare print-ready files for mass
