The responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Domiciliary Chief, programmatic and clinical care, resolving personnel issues, fiscal planning, environment of care maintenance, and in-research and training. The incumbent assists in coordinating the service delivery of a growing number of specialized rehabilitation programs which provide a full range of professional and direct-care services. These individuals share, with the Chief, full responsibility for managing and supervising all aspects of Domiciliary operations. In the absence of the Domiciliary Chief, the incumbent has full management and supervisory responsibility for the domiciliary programs, including DOM PTSD, DOM SUD, and DCHV/ Homeless Dom.
