CYS Technology Specialist, NF-04

Serves as an IMCOM Child & Youth Services (CYS) Directorate Technology Specialist with responsibility for improving and supporting directorate/garrison CYS Technology programs and initiatives ensuring technology is integrated into all aspects of CYS operations. Serves as the CYS point of contact for business applications and management tools to include the Child & Youth Management System (CYMS), Child & Youth Enterprise Reporting Tool (CYERT) and CYS Annual Reports. Applies professional knowledge to oversee and support implementation of CYMS upgrades and new releases by coordinating schedules of contractors and Garrison staff, and ensuring attendance at refresher trainings. Maintains a clear understanding of the implementation status of CYMS and the financial climate for each Garrison. Provides coordination on Directorate and CYS initiatives/concerns.
