About the role
The duties and responsibilities for an Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing Team Lead support to dynamic and complex IT customer service to senior leadership and high level executives to achieve high-level organizational objectives. Evaluating end-user requirement data and proposed customer service models sufficient to identify, evaluate and adapt new methods to enhance customer satisfaction. Strategically planning and governing the planning and delivery of hardware and software services to high level executives. Scheduling and directing staff meetings with other Senior Leaders to provide assistance, analyze problem areas, and to evaluate the effectiveness of customer service support.
