About RIO Commercial RIO Commercial manages more than 125 commercial assets — retail, industrial, and office — across the Front Range, totaling approximately 3.75 million square feet. We also operate a residential portfolio under the same platform. Our asset managers are the primary point of contact for owners and tenants, responsible for keeping properties well-run and occupants well-served. The Role This is a hands-on, operationally focused position for a seasoned commercial property professional. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of approximately 15 properties, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for owners and tenants on operational matters. You will work closely with leasing brokers, maintenance vendors, and internal support staff to keep your portfolio running smoothly.
