Manager, Offsite and OP Laboratories

Overview: Will oversee main campus labs including Orange Lab, Yellow Lab and BHP Lab where staff are responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing and waived testing. Job Description Summary: Plans, implements, and evaluates the administrative, supervisory and operational activities for assigned section team staff. Directs a team of laboratory professional and support staff to ensure delivery of laboratory services relative to section. Provides leadership for complex programs by communicating goals and strategies, providing direction and priorities and providing enthusiasm and support.
