Supervisory Field Operations Specialist

Provides authoritative guidance and advice in analyzing, evaluating, improving the efficiency of assigned program(s); directs operational oversight and implementation of processes that support the vision, goals, established by the DAFO and FSA. Leads, conducts or participates in complex management studies, reviews and special projects and initiatives, particularly those with wide or significant effect upon organizational structure, policy, processes, operations, fiscal control and economy. Organizes assigned projects; plans, organizes and directs team study work; coordinates projects across the FBC and Mission Area offices. Meets with key customers and senior management and officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, resolve significant problems, and facilitate mission accomplishment and maintain working relationships.
