OVERVIEW: Cook II is an intermediate-level culinary position responsible for independently preparing more complex menu items, managing assigned kitchen stations, and assisting with training and oversight of entry-level kitchen staff. This role requires solid culinary skills, high-volume production experience, and strict adherence to food safety standards.
