Operations Analyst The OES Operations team is critical to our trading business. We manage the processes that connect us to exchanges, counterparties, and internal teams — ensuring assets, information, and trades flow accurately and efficiently. As our desk expands into ETF and cash equities trading, we need a sharp, driven operations analyst to own critical workflows end-to-end while helping build the next generation of our operational infrastructure.
