Description: As the technical authority for the Board Management Office, the incumbent oversees Enlisted and Officer Developmental Education, Developmental Teams, and Accessions Board Portfolios. This role involves providing expert consultation to military and civilian personnel, resolving program issues using established standards, and counseling active duty and reserve members on all aspects of board processes and data adjustments. The specialist conducts comprehensive data analysis to evaluate board program adequacy and develops standardized criteria for grade authorizations and quality distribution recommendations. Working in close coordination with the Air Force Personnel Center and HQSF, the incumbent ensures the accuracy of announcement publications and maintains the integrity of personnel eligibility
