You'll be a key partner in shaping how TensorWave scales its commercial engine, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact. What you'll do - Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and other non-technical roles - Partner with hiring managers across the business to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and calibrate on
