The duties and responsibilities for a GS-1109-Grants Management-11/12/13 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide assistance in the administration of a grant portfolio. Serve as technical expert in the compliance monitoring of grants and/or cooperative agreements. Prepare summary statements for management to conduct analysis of grants related to procedures and internal controls to develop guidelines. Complete the end-to-end grants and/or agreement administration process. Design and/or develop grant solicitations for grants and/or cooperative agreements.
