Program Manager, Partner Operations

Our team is dedicated to developing advanced AI systems that are powerful, safe, and beneficial for everyone. About the Role The Research IP Partnerships team is hiring a Partnership Operations team member to help execute and improve the operational workflows behind our external research partnerships. In this role, you will work on high-priority, ambiguous problems at the intersection of research, partnership, and applied engineering. You will manage complex processes, track key deliverables, support partner-facing requests, and improve how the team operates at scale. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, action-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation ass
