Job Overview We’re seeking a Training Requirements Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of Saronic’s Mission Training portfolio across a growing range of autonomous surface vessels—from small USVs to medium and large platforms. In this role, you will own training requirements spanning curriculum, delivery models, simulation, and operator qualification pathways to ensure mission-ready personnel can safely and effectively operate increasingly complex autonomous systems. You will work at the intersection of product, operations, and customer engagement, ensuring training systems scale alongside platform capability, mission complexity, and operational demand. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership - Own the Mission Training product portfolio across multiple v
